The resort is located right in the middle of ancient white rock formations and golden beaches, the area stretching between one of the oldest cities in Europe, Balchik, and Cape Kaliakra is the most picturesque and peaceful part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast . The wild nature of the region, combined with the exclusivity of the resorts available, boasting breathtaking views and stunning weather, can easily trick you into thinking you've teleported to the South of France. Of course, a short 40-minute drive to Varna can help you reach any destination in the world, especially since Istanbul Airport is only 30 minutes away by plane. For those who prefer to travel more exclusively, we offer private jet charter services from Balchik Airport, just 5 minutes from our resort, to almost any destination in Europe.

Our current project, White Coast Spa Residences, located in close proximity to White Coast Hill Residences, was constructed back in 2008, during the peak of the financial crisis. Despite being 15 years old, many claim it is the best maintained resort in the whole region, which allowed us to sell at prices reaching €1600 per square meter.
